Task: Complete And Close Standard Change

The main purpose of this task is to complete and close the Standard Change as per the pre-approved process of that change type.

Main Description

Post implementation of the change, the Delivery Teams must verify if change has met its objective. If the results are satisfactory, the change can be formally closed. The Change Requester and relevant stakeholders must be kept informed on the progress of the change and the Change Record must be updated.
